So what did you eat today?

So far so good, I have been eating clean after my fast food binge last week. Alright, so far it’s 12 noon at where I’m at, and I just finished an intensive workout.

Breakfast : 

1 medium banana
Half cup of greek yoghurt 
And 1 teaspoon of oats

Cal count : 180

Lunch : 

2 eggwhites, scrambled style
2 tablespoon of cottage cheese
On top of 2 whole grain bread (toasted)

Cal count : 308

That’s all for now, it ain’t dinner yet. For a mid-afternoon snack, I’ll probably take a protein shake.
